Your own REST endpoints
Describe an endpoint once and the agent can call it during a conversation: order status, licence state, whatever your system already exposes. You choose the reads, and the credentials are encrypted at rest.
A read-only database connection
Point the agent at a Postgres database in read-only mode when the answer lives in your data rather than in a document. It queries what you allowed and nothing else.
The Elennai REST API
Drive the agent from your own product: send a message, read a conversation, manage your knowledge sources. The API is a channel like the widget and Slack, not a bolt-on.
